Delays in providing required inputs may result in project delays and potential additional costs.

3. Payment Terms

5. Revisions and Changes

• The scope includes a fixed number of revisions as defined in the proposal.

• Additional changes or new features outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

• Significant changes to the original brief may require a new proposal.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee third-party plugin or platform compatibility indefinitely.

• We are not liable for issues caused by hosting providers, third-party tools, client modifications, or external breaches.

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits

• Damages caused by client misuse, delay, or failure to comply with technical recommendations

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the project, unless required by law or with prior consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice. In such cases:

• The client must pay for all completed work and expenses incurred

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
